Hacker steals Rs 20 crore from credit card data available on dark web

It has been found that the hacker has stolen 1.5 lakh dollars i.e. about 20 crore rupees through credit card data available on the dark web. The hacker stole money from the user's bank account by misusing millions of data available on the dark web including credit card login details.

This fact was found based on a complaint registered with the US Department of Justice.

During the study, a hacker named 'Trevor Osaji' was arrested and a case was filed against him, in which Osaji managed to steal more than 1.5 million US dollars from credit cards between 2015 and 2018.

In this process, it is said that Osaji withdrew this amount through the accounts of about four thousand people. It seems that the American court will sentence him to 30 years in prison and fine one million US dollars. The final decision will be made on the 25th of May.

It is said that 6 more people are involved in this incident. For this, the hacker used to use the information of the card available on the dark web, from booking flight tickets to purchasing expensive goods.
